How it all started aariXa BVBA, started as "TipiSoft bvba", exists since 1999. The new name was installed in december 2005 as from then on we started working with employees (before that, Erwin Tips was the sole shareholder and intern at Tipisoft's).
Since 2005 Erwin Vermeulen joined Erwin Tips together they turned aariXa into a growing business ever since.

Status Update Due to rapid growth, it was necessary to move to the industrial grounds of Herk-de-Stad. Since the foundation in 2005 we have grown to a close team of 30 motivated people. Besides Erwin and Erwin, Our account managers Tim and Kristoff and our service delivery manager Nick, we have the 30 motivated IT developers and Business Analysts that have been screened technically and personally one by one. Only in this manner, we are sure to provide service in which we trust for 200%. How did we come up with the name "aariXa" ? As a genuine company from Herk-de-Stad, we wanted to embed our roots in to our company name. So we went for an etymological trip. "Herk" is derived from the Celtic word "Arika", which stands for "Water". This in its turn is a reference to the river "Herk" that runs through the city and to which to city was named after. We embellished the word "Arika" (modernization through the "X", literacy through the "aa" at the beginning) and reformed it to aariXa. Fluently and wavy on our way to success, like water in a river !
