CV-X is a CV database we developed and still use ourselves. This helps us finding the right person for the right project through CV matching capabilities.

Besides crucial information like address, phone number,… one can add far more specific information like reports about interviews etc. We linked this system with our CRM system in which all our contacts, opportunities, contracts and other information of our customers (and suppliers) are kept.
Both systems are used by ourselves, so we are convinced that we can implement this at other companies in the consulting business.

Furthermore we also have some implementations running at headhunters, HR en recruitment companies.  Furthermore it can be used by internal HR business units.
